Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to the purchase of all items

which are offered on the website www.fettsack.ch and www.fettsack.ch.

Purchase of goods via webshop

Orders placed via the Internet are binding.

The customer is obliged to accept the item and pay the purchase price seen.

If an item is not available from stock, this is usually clearly stated on the website in the product details

Retention of title

The ownership of the goods remains the property of fettsack.ch until the purchase price has been paid in full.

(Retention of title according to Art. 715 of the Swiss Civil Code).

Delivery of the goods

Unless otherwise stated, the goods will be sent by post or freight forwarder to the address entered during the ordering process.

If the customer wishes to collect the goods from our warehouse, he or she must make an appointment with us in advance.

Time of delivery

The ordered goods will usually be delivered to you within 2-4 working days after ordering and full payment.

guarantee

Premium Brands GmbH provides a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Natural wear and tear of the product is excluded from this guarantee.

Auctions

An item purchased through an auction is only eligible for a guarantee if the Buy It Now price is reached.

The customer has the right to inspect the purchased item(s) upon receipt and to complain about defective goods within 7 days.

Exchange of goods

An exchange of the goods is not possible.

Liability

Premium Brands GmbH assumes no liability for damages caused by third parties.

For material damages resulting directly from the purchase and use of the goods to the customer's other property

Premium Brands GmbH cannot be held liable.

Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

Only Swiss law applies.

Both parties undertake to seek direct contact in the first instance in the event of damage or a complaint

or to exhaust all other conciliation options before resorting to a court. The place of jurisdiction is 5400 Baden.
